Senior System Engineer - Backup & Infrastructure

Job Description

- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise backup and recovery solutions using Commvault and Veeam. - Design, deploy, and maintain Commvault Mail Archiving solutions. - Implement and support virtualization and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) environments. - Implement and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows Server environments. - Deploy and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. - Deploy and support Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift container platforms. - Develop and implement Ansible Automation solutions.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Commvault and Veeam Backup & Replication (mandatory).
• Experience with virtualization and HCI platforms such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Nutanix is a plus.
• Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies, including VMware Horizon or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Good understanding of enterprise server hardware, including HPE and Dell servers.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage and backup appliances such as HPE MSA, HPE StoreOnce, and Dell Data Domain.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift container platforms.
• Knowledge of Ansible Automation for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
